Hi, I’m Mikhail.

He doesn't wait around for the right moment — he just starts building and sorts the rest out on the way. Self-sufficient, stubbornly upbeat about it, and yes, that's as exhausting for everyone around him as it sounds.

Currently he's an AI/Data Engineering trainee at GE HealthCare, where he builds agentic tools that take the bureaucratic grind out of a clinical engineering team's day - one of them turned a week-long checklist task into a one-day one - and helps train teammates individually on the tools, since not everyone speaks fluent AI yet. He also has a hand in the team's AWS-hosted RAG pipeline.

For two years he poured his free time into a student guild instead of sleep, and in 2025 ended up running the thing as Chairman of the Board — 13-person board, €200,000 budget, and enough decisions that "manage people and money" stopped being a résumé bullet and became a Tuesday.
